Google loves high PR sites! Thats no secret.
I have 2 websites which have PR7. Both have uniqe content, more than 5 long articles in english. The domain ltd is .si (Slovenia – Europe).
And the Domain Authority is more than 40, the Page Authority is more than 50 (source: opensiteexplorer.org).
ABOUT LINK:
Your link will be as high as posible in sidebar, your link will be published for a month. There wont be more than 7 links in sidebar, so dont worry, enough BL juice will come to your site.
